Princess Leia
Princess Leia Organa was adopted at birth by Senator Bail Organa and Queen Breha, Alderaan’s ruling family. Beautiful, smart, and outspoken, Leia became a key figure in intergalactic politics and in the rebellion against the Empire.
On one such mission, Leia was captured by Darth Vader. In spite of being tortured and forced to watch the complete destruction of Alderaan,
she never revealed the rebellion’s secrets and was sentenced to death. While awaiting execution, she was rescued by Luke Skywalker and Han Solo.
Leia was later shocked to learn that Darth Vader was her real father, Luke Skywalker was her twin brother, and she had the potential to become a Jedi Knight.
I was messing around with a lovely model designed by Nick Robinson called Heart on a Pyramid. A few steps into the process of this model there is a very clever color change. I was wondering what else could be made using this technique, and presto…. Instant leia!
