The Arquitens Class Imperial Light Cruiser was an updated version of the Republic cruiser. Its most common role was patrolling the Imperial remnant territories after the fall of the Empire. It was also used in transport, communications, and fleet support missions.

Moff Gideon used one for his flagship. It was eventually captured by Din Djarin and Bo-Katan. The ship then served the Axe Wolves of Mandalor. During the battle to reclaim Mandalor it was rammed into Moff Gideon’s hidden base. The base, along with its garrison, Gideon, and its secret cloning facility were destroyed and Mandalor was liberated.
