Ahsoka Tano was a Jedi padawan during the Clone Wars. She was assigned to train under Anakin Skywalker. It was the hope of the Jedi council that her exuberance could help temper Anakin’s impulsiveness. He immediately gave her the nickname “Snips” because of her snippy comments.

After being framed and later cleared of treason against the republic, Ahsoka chose to leave the Jedi order and follow her own path.  She eventually joined Bail Organa and the fledgling rebellion against the Empire. Using the codename “Fulcrum” she passed intelligence to several rebel cells. This path eventually came full circle leading to a confrontation with Anakin, now Darth Vader.

It was thought she had died in that fight, but with the help of Ezra Bridger she managed to escape into a mystical portal. She reappeared years later after the fall of the Empire, and was last seen with Sabine Wren heading to the unknown regions in search of Ezra.
